Return policy:
We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date of your order. Returned items must not be damaged or altered and must contain all original packaging. Abrasive items can only be returned if they have not been used (read the Abrasive products policy below for details).
We will contact you to discuss the next steps. If you would like to return an item, please send us an email ASK@USA-MARKET.NET with your order number, specifying the items you would like to return, and the reason for returning the item (we love getting feedbacks).
Damaged or incorrect product:
If you receive a damaged product, a seriously defective product, or a product different from what you ordered, please take some photos and send us an email explaining the problem. Let us know if you would like a refund, exchange or coupon.
After reviewing your case, we will contact you to discuss the next steps. We will not ask you to send the item back if it is not economically feasible to do so.
Return address:
In cases where we require a return, please send us the item. Do not return items without prior approval. When returning an item, you are responsible for shipping costs (it will be returned for defective, damaged or incorrect products if the refund is approved.)
Please use appropriate shipping packaging and send it by regular mail.
Refund Policy:
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days. If you have not received your refund in a week after approval, please contact customer service.

Abrasive products policy:
Sharpening stones and other abrasives are highly technical, complex products. All abrasive products are sold “as seen”. Unexpected or unwanted behavior of the abrasive is not a legitimate reason for return. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of our abrasive products if they have been used.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you follow the following simple steps. Make informed choices when ordering products. Read all available product information on USA-Market. If necessary, search for additional information on Google – the community forums contain many reviews and discussions about our products. Think of a new whetstone as your own experiment. In case of doubt, please contact our customer service.
Check the purchased product immediately upon receipt. We guarantee that you will receive new products in perfect condition and without significant defects. We are responsible for any damage incurred during transportation. If purchased items are damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept complaints of “damage on arrival” if the product has been used or if damage is reported weeks after receiving your order.
Take care of your products. Read “How to Use” information on product pages, as well as articles on stone preparation and care. Please note the product warning. Learn the sharpener’s instructions if you’re new to sharpening. This will help you avoid damaging the whetstone or knife. We try to provide as much information as possible about our products – both positive and negative.
However, please note that human errors do occur. Incorrect or missing information on product pages and articles is not a valid reason for a return. If you come across incorrect or missing information, please contact our customer service.
