This handcrafted laminated construction combines a high-performance Vanadis 10 SuperClean core with durable 440B stainless steel outer layers and nickel interlayers for enhanced strength, corrosion resistance, and striking visual contrast.
The core steel is heat treated to 64–65 HRC, delivering excellent wear resistance, high microplasticity, and aggressive cutting characteristics while maintaining dependable toughness for demanding use.
Each billet undergoes a specialized two-stage cryogenic treatment in liquid nitrogen, improving carbide refinement, structural stability, and overall cutting performance.
